Clusterward is made by BitKollegen GmbH, based in Hannover. We build software for businesses and as our own products – and run it ourselves on European cloud infrastructure. Clusterward is the tool that grew out of that work, and today it runs our own products too.
Clusterward is a Kubernetes platform from Germany: built by BitKollegen GmbH in Hannover and run on Scaleway in EU data centers. Management, customer relationships and project ownership sit in Hannover; dedicated teams develop, test and operate the software. If you use Clusterward, you talk to the people who build it.
That shapes the product: every feature exists because we needed it in our own operations, and every change runs on our own systems first.
Every new customer of our own SaaS products needed a database, a bucket, a domain and a deployment – and every one of those tasks lived in a different tool.
Our products run on Kubernetes at Scaleway, with customers who each need their own resources.
Clusters, databases, domains and deployments became fixed workflows instead of manual work.
The workflows got a cockpit with roles, an audit log and safety nets.
What makes operations easier for us, we now offer to other teams as SaaS.
